A teacher of cuisine in Vietnam's tourism College, Mrs. Tran Thi Tuyet Mai has 4 years experience in Germany. Back to Vietnam, she returned to her work in the tourism college the joined Hotel Sofitel Metropol Hanoi since its opening in 1992
Working in both Asian and international cuisine, Mrs. Mai has gained a lot of cooking experiences and shown as a hard worked in 1997 and was promoted to Vietnamese chef managing Le Danang Restaurant. She has performed de duties to guest's entire statisfaction, talking good care of all menu planning, promotions and staff training. She has mastered the art of Vietnamese cooking winning Bangkok best Vietnamese restaurant award for 3 years consecutively. She has also loved by the whole team thanks to her friendly and helffull character. Back to HANOI PERIDOT HOTEL in 2015 the position of Vietnamese chef, Mrs. Mai wants to share with hotel's diners not only her Vietnamese cooking skill but also her experience Thai's cuisine.
